This mental health workshop for teens addresses important issues like bullying/cyberbullying, suicide prevention, self-esteem, and anger management. The workshop is designed to create a safe and supportiv space for teens to learn and discuss these topics with their peers. Participants will gain tools and strategies to improve their mental health and well-being through interactive activities and group discussions. The workshop will be led by experienced mental health professionals trained to work with teens.

We will have 4 different sessions covering:
Bullying + Cyberbullying
Suicide Prevention (Anxiety and Depression)
Increasing Self-Esteem
Anger Management
